For Ho Chi Minh City: We offer same-day delivery services.
For other provinces: We partner with reputable shipping companies like Viettel Post and VNPost to ensure your products are delivered quickly and safely.

Delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is successfully confirmed by our customer service team via phone call.

For orders within Ho Chi Minh City:
- Standard size products: 1-3 business days.
- Custom-made products: 3-7 business days.
For orders in other provinces:
- Estimated delivery time is 3-12 business days, depending on the destination and the shipping carrier's schedule.

For orders within Ho Chi Minh City:
- Orders under 10,000,000 VND: Shipping fees apply and will be displayed at checkout.
- Orders over 10,000,000 VND: Free shipping.
For orders in other provinces:
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the product's weight, dimensions, and your delivery address. The exact cost will be shown at the final payment step.

Before the order is dispatched: You have the right to cancel your order at no additional cost if it has not yet been packed and shipped.
