Conditions for Return and Exchange:
saigonfurniture.com.vn will accept returns and exchanges for the following cases:

The product is damaged during shipping.

The product is damaged during the manufacturing process.

The product is not as represented on the website or by the consultant (what you saw, heard, and viewed).

If your product does not fall under the categories listed above, we reserve the right to refuse your return or exchange request.
Return and Exchange Period:
The fixed return and exchange period is 07 days for customers in the central areas of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. For customers in other provinces, the warranty period is extended to 14 days from the date of purchase.
Return and Exchange Regulations:

For products with manufacturer defects: Shipping is free (complimentary shipping).

For products customers wish to return or exchange where the defect is not due to the manufacturer:

Same product code (only changing size or color): The customer is responsible for the shipping fee.

If the new product (the one you wish to exchange for) has a value greater than the value of the old product (based on the invoice): The customer must pay the difference to exchange for the new product, calculated as: (Value of new product) - (Value of old product) + Shipping Fee.

If the new product (the one you wish to exchange for) has a value less than the value of the old product (based on the invoice): The customer will receive a refund for the excess amount, calculated as: (Value of old product) - (Value of new product) + Shipping Fee.
