Officefurniture.com.vn covers 100% of return shipping costs if the product is determined to be defective.

One or several products in the order cannot be delivered to the customer, refund 1 product that cannot be delivered (applies to online purchases with prepaid payment).

Officefurniture.com.vn verifies errors 01 - 03 days after receiving the product and gives feedback to customers on further processing time for each specific case.

2.2 Conditions for returning products:

Return the product within 10 days of receiving the product.

3. Refund policy:

In case of prepayment, customers will be refunded when the goods received are defective due to manufacturing and the customer does not need to change to another product.

Refund time is from 03 to 05 days from when Officefurniture.com.vn verifies that the product has a manufacturing defect. Money is refunded to the customer's personal account.
